We stand behind the quality of The Vesper Blueprint. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days—no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email: vesperblueprint@proton.me
- Subject: "Refund Request"
- Include: Your purchase email address and order number (if available)
Response time: We process refund requests within 2 business days.
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
- Full purchase amount refunded (including taxes)
What Happens After a Refund
- Access to guide materials will be revoked
- Discord roles (Blueprint Owner or Pro Tier) will be removed
- Access to private Discord channels will be removed
- You may remain in the public Discord channels if desired
Eligibility
Eligible for refund:
- Requests made within 30 days of purchase
- First-time purchases (no refund abuse)
- Technical issues preventing guide access (we'll try to resolve first)
Not eligible for refund:
- Requests after 30 days from purchase date
- Discord bans due to rule violations
- Repeated refund requests (fraud prevention)
- Chargebacks or payment disputes already initiated
Discord Access Post-Refund
If you receive a refund:
- Your Blueprint Owner or Pro Tier role will be removed immediately
- You'll lose access to private channels (owners-lounge, PRO TIER)
- Public channels remain accessible if you wish to stay
- You're welcome to re-purchase at any time
Tier Upgrades
If you upgrade from Starter to Pro:
- Pay only the difference ($20)
- No separate 30-day window—original purchase date applies
- Full refund of both amounts if requested within 30 days of original purchase
Technical Issues
Before requesting a refund for technical issues, please:
- Check your email spam folder for delivery
- Contact support for assistance
- Try Discord support channels
We're committed to resolving technical problems quickly. Most issues can be fixed without a refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks:
- Incur processing fees we must pay
- Result in immediate account termination
- May prevent future purchases
If you've filed a chargeback, we cannot process a standard refund—contact your bank.
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect:
- Repeated purchase/refund patterns
- Sharing or redistributing guide materials after refund
- Fraudulent payment information
Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy occasionally. Changes will be announced via Discord and email. Your purchase is governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
